Pre-orders
We often launch new styles with a pre-order time slot. Your pre-orders help us to reduce our waste by allowing us to gage demand before finalising our quantities. We will always give an estimate delivery date and we will send updates should we experience any unexpected delays.
Made to Order
Some of our more complex pieces are available by Made to Order only. We generally work to a time-frame of 4 week to complete and dispatch pieces. Please let us know if you have any sizing queries on our Made to Order pieces as we are sometimes able to make small adjustments.
Orders will be dispatched each week on Wednesdays for the foreseeable future. If you'd like an order shipped sooner (for example if it is a present) please drop us an email and we'll try to dispatch sooner.
